"This land is my land!" I am proud to say I am now officially a Ryan Homes (RH) Plot #5 owner. My fiancee and I signed the contract yesterday and we are both overwhelmed but excited to be building our first home. We have submitted our application with our own mortgage company and now wait for the tedious approval process to begin. Finger crossed, we will be breaking ground in 6 weeks or so.
Next on the horizon is the meeting with RH team of contractors to navigate the myriad of choices among the industry spiel and jargon, can't wait.
